Imaging Facility
The shared Boston College imaging facility has 712 sq. ft. of space within Higgins Hall, 物理和生物大楼于2002年在BC大学主校区完工. 该设施有五个独立的显微镜空间和设施主任的办公空间(Bret Judson),其中还设有几个工作站,供设施用户进行图像分析. 工作台空间可用于设置实验,设施内有通风柜.

Zeiss Axio Zoom V16. This is a stereo microscope with a 16x zoom range. 它配备了用于透射/反射光成像的彩色相机和用于荧光成像的单色相机,带有4个荧光立方体(DAPI), GFP, RFP and CY5).
